WellSpring Services FAQs

When should I call WellSpring?

Anytime care feels overwhelming, uncertain, or fragmented. We step in when families aren’t sure what to do next.

Home care provides daily help with activities like bathing and meals. WellSpring is nurse-led, focused on health, safety, coordination, and long-term planning. We often work alongside home care to make sure families get the most value from it.

Home health is short-term, insurance-based care that follows a hospitalization or acute event, with strict limits on what can be provided. WellSpring is private-pay, ongoing, and built around the family’s needs. We bridge the gaps that home health leaves — providing continuity, coordination, and advocacy long after insurance services end.

WellSpring is private-pay, but we are highly flexible. There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments — families can engage us as much or as little as they need. We’ll walk you through options before we begin so you can choose what works best.

We work with older adults and their families in many different situations, including:

  • Staying at home safely when daily needs or health issues are becoming more complex.

  • Transitioning after a hospitalization or rehab stay, making sure recovery is smooth and coordinated.

  • Moving into a senior living community, ensuring the right supports are in place and the move is successful.

  • Managing frequent hospitalizations and ongoing health challenges.

  • Families who are concerned but don’t know where to turn, looking for clear guidance and trusted advice.
