CEO
Lauren is the founder of WellSpring Care Management, a nurse-led company dedicated to helping older adults and their families navigate the complexities of aging with clarity and confidence. She also serves as President of Oasis Senior Advisors Milwaukee, which provides compassionate, personalized guidance to seniors and their families in finding the right senior living community.
A Certified Senior Advisor, Lauren is a hands-on leader committed to ensuring every family receives the highest level of care, support, and trustworthy guidance. Her work reflects a deep belief that aging well begins with connection, advocacy, and informed decisions.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenagers, playing board games, practicing Pilates, and traveling.

Raisa has dedicated her career to advancing the health and wellness of individuals and communities. She began her professional journey as a clinical hospital pharmacist before expanding her focus to population health, spending several years with the City of Milwaukee Health Department on community health initiatives and health policy development.
Her commitment to improving systems of care led her to serve as Chief of Staff for Milwaukee County, and later to support a venture fund investing in early-stage companies and entrepreneurs.
Raisa is honored to bring her diverse experience to WellSpring, an organization dedicated to empowering older adults and their families to navigate the complexities of aging and live life on their own terms.
In her free time, Raisa enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, practicing yoga, and learning to play golf.
Director, Nursing and Care Management
With nearly 40 years of nursing experience, Robin brings deep expertise and heartfelt dedication to her clients. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, she has spent much of her career supporting seniors in both office and home settings. She’s passionate about helping clients manage their health safely and live life fully. Outside of work, Robin enjoys exercising, golf, pickleball, knitting, traveling, and time with family and friends.
Director, Business Development
Molly brings years of experience in senior care, including home care, hospice, and case management. Known for her thoughtful, compassionate approach, she helps families navigate aging with dignity and clarity. Her career began in advertising—first in Chicago and later leading regional growth in Ireland and Northern Ireland—before shifting to senior care to make a deeper impact. Inspired by her family’s experience with Alzheimer’s, she supports the Alzheimer’s Association and serves on the Ozaukee County Walk Committee. Outside of work, Molly enjoys cooking, reading mysteries, and walks along Lake Michigan with her family.
